At HAMOLEDET, every item is custom-printed specifically for you upon ordering. Because of this print-on-demand model, the time it takes to receive your order is divided into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time. Please review our shipping processes, timelines, and strict address requirements below to ensure a smooth delivery.
Order Processing & Production Time
Before your order ships, it must be manufactured. Standard production time for all apparel is 2 to 7 business days. This processing time is completely separate from the shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the fulfillment center producing your item. Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, approximate shipping times are:
- Domestic (US): 2–5 business days.
- International: 10–30 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Exact shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the items in your cart.
Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, duties, or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by the destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: HAMOLEDET has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. The customer is strictly responsible for paying any additional customs duties or taxes.
- Refused Packages: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we will not be able to issue a refund.
General Shipping Address Requirements
To prevent packages from being delayed, destroyed, or returned to the sender, you must adhere to the following address rules:
- Latin Characters Only: All shipping addresses must be entered exclusively in Latin (English) characters.
- Character Limits: Address Line 1 is strictly limited to 35 characters. Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters.
- Phone Numbers: A valid recipient phone number is mandatory for all international deliveries to ensure customs and local carriers can contact you.
- Accuracy: We do not provide address validation services. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to verify that the address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete.
PO Box Delivery Policy
- United States Only: We advise shipping to PO Boxes only within the United States. Delivering to a PO Box in any other country is highly discouraged and done entirely at your own risk.
- Size Limits: The largest PO Box available is 12″ x 22.5″. If your order exceeds these dimensions, it will not be delivered.
- No Express Shipping: PO Box addresses do not support Express Delivery. If you select Express at checkout but enter a PO Box, your order will automatically be downgraded to standard shipping.
Country-Specific Requirements
Certain countries require specific tax identification numbers or address formats by law. If you are shipping to any of the following countries, you must include the requested information in “Address Line 2” at checkout. Failure to do so will result in customs delays, package destruction, or return to sender.
- Brazil: You must provide your 11-digit CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) number (Format: XXX.XXX.XXX-XX) and a valid phone number.
- Mexico: You must provide your RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) or CURP number, along with a valid email address and phone number. Non-residents may use a passport number.
- Chile: You must provide your 8 or 9-digit RUN / RUT tax number (Format: XX.XXX.XXX-Z) and a valid phone number.
- South Korea: You must provide your PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code).
- Venezuela: You must provide your RIF (Registro de Identificación Fiscal) number. Your address must be exhaustive (building name, floor, apartment, municipality, state) and include both an email and a phone number.
- Germany — Home Delivery: Your full name on the order must exactly match the name on the building’s doorbell/intercom.
- Germany — Packstations: You must include your activated postal number in Address Line 1 (e.g., Packstation 104, 1234567890). Deliveries to Packstations outside of Germany are not supported. PO Boxes are not supported in Germany.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, lacking required tax IDs, or because the package went unclaimed at the local post office:
- The customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.
- Because items are custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds for orders that fail to deliver due to customer error or failure to collect the package from local customs/post offices.
